Common questions

I can't sign in

• Use the same method you signed up with: Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, or Continue with email.
• Forgot your password? On the email sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link.
• If a coach added you to a team by email, look for the setup email from Battleplan and follow its link to finish your account.
• If you see "This account has been disabled", email us and we'll look into it.

My invite link doesn't work

Invite links can expire, be turned off, or run out of uses. Ask one of your team's admins for a new link or QR code. You can also type the team's invite code in the app: choose Join a team and type the code in Invite code.

I'm not getting notifications

• Check that notifications are allowed for Battleplan in your phone's settings, or for this site in your browser.
• In the app, check Settings → Notifications (open Settings from your picture in the top corner), and each team's Notifications for this team in the team menu (⋯).
• Notifications go to every device you're signed in on. Signing out stops them on that device.

How do I RSVP for myself or my child?

Open the event and you'll see a Going, Maybe, and Not going choice for each player you're linked to. To get linked, open the player on the team's roster and tap Claim this player, then choose I am this player or I'm their parent or guardian. A team admin approves it. Someone already linked to the player, or a team admin, can also add you as a parent or guardian from the player's card.

The player isn't on the roster

Tap Add player on the roster and say whether it's you or your child. The player shows up for the team once a team admin approves it.

How do I leave a team?

Open the team menu (⋯) and choose Leave team. If you're the team's owner, first hand the team to someone else, or archive the team if you're its only member.

Someone is posting something they shouldn't

Long-press or right-click the message, document, or person and choose Report. The report goes to the team's admins and to Battleplan, and the person you reported is never told who reported them. You can also Block someone so their messages are collapsed and don't notify you.

Our team is running out of storage

Each team has room for 500 MB of photos and files. Team admins can see what's using the space under Media in the team menu (⋯) and delete what the team no longer needs. If your team needs more, email us.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom, or email us from the address on your account. Delete your account has the steps and what happens to your data.
